Question About Simer Pumps Plumbing Product Model A5000-03 Sump Pump
All panel lights on continuously....

Found all panel lights on continuously. Found AC supply breaker tripped. Reset AC supply breaker. All panel lights remain on continuously and will not reset. Battery is about 2 years old (deep cycle type). Attempted to test pump. It does not run when tested with float.
