Question About Simer Pumps Plumbing Product 2960
Won't start up...

Buzzes for a few minutes before tripping the circuit breaker. When the cover is off, a small assist to the rotor will get it going. It sounds like a blown capacitor if it HAD a cap, but it doesn't, so now I'm befuddled ... Help?
