The Bobbin d feed is choking up with too much thread.

5 Make sure that the bobbin underneath has not been wound loosely, this causes cotton to bung up in the bottom as it won't unwind as tightly as it should. This could mean you bobbin winder isn't workings properly. Alternatively the main reel of cotton may not be being pulled tight enough when it is being wound. If none of these are happening it could mean that your cotton is poor quality and knots are being caused when you start to sew!
