0 I too am looking for someone to help me with my garage door/ keypad.  I am not into manuals but have been working with the support group.  Is there a repair no to work with---that can actually come out?  I live in the Naples area of LOng Beach and have the OTODOR Skylink EQI system along with a keypad.Thank you. Susie
