Question About Sonic Blue DVD Player DVR4400
password...

I received the above DVD/VCR sonicblue DVR4400. The problem is one can not change the rating level to no, it says yes and therefore requires a password, no one knows the password, can not change the password without the current one. Need help desparately. So can not watch any movie unless for children, how does one fix the password, how can I reset the system to cancel the password?

1 I still have not received any comments regarding my problem about the password, I received the DVR4400 but the last owners do not know what the password is, there can not change the rating to say no, I need to know how to reset so dvd can be played, right now on PG ratings can be played. I desperately need an answer on this. Thanks again. Sandra Harris

1 i've looked thur my guide, does not have master reset like most. u have to have the pass word first entered
