Help I cannot get the time set on my Sony Dream machine ICF-C414!!! the minutes go from 1-30 than back to 1…..Help please…..

5 To set the time, press CLOCK for 2 seconds until it beeps and the year starts flashing. Press + or - until the correct year. Press CLOCK. Use + or - to set the month.
