I've got sony vaio PCG623N. My computers' DVD ROM doesn't working. I can't install programms. What shall I do?

5 You will need to go to the manufacturer website to update drivers or make sure all the updates have pushed through on the computer. If this does not work for the programs you want to install go to the websites and they will have drivers and programs that you can specifically download for your system to get the programs installed that way!
