My polaroid kids tablet 3 when turned on goes stra...

My polaroid kids tablet 3 when turned on goes straight to an image of colored polka dots and wont go to home screen. It wont do anything. I can turn it on and off but it only goes to the polka dot screen. Does anyone know if this problem can be fixed?
