The breaker trips when I turn it on for my Hydooqu...

The breaker trips when I turn it on for my Hydooquip 6000. I have disconnected all the plugs on the side of the control box and the breaker will not hold. It trips immediately. There is also a click noise in the box as it trips. What is the problem? Thanks Ed
