I have a Summit Ventilation Hood in the Model group numbers...

I have a Summit Ventilation Hood in the Model group numbers B83211 to B83213 and B83221 to B83223. The fan switch is broken and I need to replace it. I believe that it is part no. 3035ZF in Model No. PLH36W6CC or PLHV36W6CC.
