PAC-0531 style U85A user manual? What are the + an...

PAC-0531 style U85A user manual? What are the + and - buttons for? I can't get them to do anything. Blanket works just fine without them but I'd like to know.

0 That button adjusts the brightness of the settings display.  I will not  buy anymore Sunbeam products due to their lame documentation.
