Please help find the manual for this Targus Wireless Presenter with Cursor Control...

USB RECEIVER LIGHT FLASHES THEN GOES OUT DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE PRESENTER. IT IS A PLUG AND PLAY DEVICE. NO DRIVERS ARE NEEDED. WAS WORKING FINE THEN STOPPED. DON'T HAVE THE MANUAL TO TROUBLESHOOT DEVICE.
