when using the dish washing tablet it does not dissolve fully, the door opens but the tablet stays in the compartment, this happens every time I use the dishwasher. Could you please advise me what the problem may be, I also used a dishing washing powder to see if this would works but it did not. The machine is only 17 months old. Marcia young
