Hi, when I turned the temperature knob suddenly after setting the time and cooking method. The bulb light went off.I turned the knobs to off position .then again turned on to find the light from bulb still not coming and the oven was not getting heated up.may I know what went wrong and what may be the problem with my product.thanks
