0 Turn off the power.  There are 2 silver long nuts on either side of the printhead, on the paper side.  Get a allen wrench and take those nuts off.  Pull back and up on the head,,, it should come out of a flex cable on the bottom.  Insert the new head, replace nuts, power on.  There is a lever to adjust the distance from the paper on the right side of the carriage bar.
