0 Same problem!  Researched couldn't find answer. You tubed k-cup support and found someone demonstrating how to fix a Keurig. So I followed the same steps and VOILA!  Fixed. Just pop the part out that the cup sits in and take it apart. Clean out the needle with a paper lip n run hot soapy water through it. Then clean out the bottom needle the same way. Pop it all back in and run a cycle without a k-cup in. Just water. If no coffee grounds, it's done. If still coffee grounds, do it again till the water is clear. Mine was shooting grounds into my cup and water out the sides of where the k-cup is. Huge mess all over the counters. I thought for sure it was broken.   Now it's working good as new. Simple fix.
