Question About Toro Lawn Mower 71184
Gears / Clutch...

...got a used model 71184...will not go into gear (stuck in neutral)...the first time I used it gears were very loose and hard to engage...not sure if it's the clutch or gearbox (belts / levers look O.K.)...Any help appreciated...
