i have the same problem the model is GR420K. the top fridge doesn't get cold enough and spoils food. but the bottom three freezers work fine

0 This means that the fan in the freezer d section (which cools the whole fridge) is not working! Means freezer will work but other parts of the fridge will not get very cold!
