I am hoping you can help me. I was given an older model Toshiba tv -24-26 inch (heavy to move and get serial number). I notice when I use my taped PVR shows and/or tv shows, the picture often is smaller than the tv. Is there someway I can adjust the tv to fullscreen for viewing?
