Question About Toshiba Universal Remote 32ZDKIT
Panel Lock...

We just got a second hand Toshiba 32ZDKIT But can't tune it in because the menue button on the remote seems not to work and when we try using the buttons on the TV we get the message "panel lock". I guess the solution to this is in the manual but assume most Toshiba TV's work the same, so any advice would be great. Thanks
