I have a Tower Slow Cooker Model No. 13104 which is in excellent condition, just over a year old, but the item is now defunct because the small plastic knob which turns the item on/off/low/high has broken in half. Can you replace this knob please, or indeed let me know where one can be purchased in the Bournemouth/Poole area?
