Question About TrekStor MP3 Player None
Won't turn on...

The screen lights up, then goes dark, repeatedly, without the player turning on. Can you help? Thank you.

3 when i tries to upgrade my firmware i says "please connect device" please help

1 download drivers and tool from the producer's site install in your computer and simply upgrade the firmware. Works like a charm. Careful, the upgrade of firmware is going to erase the mp3 files from the data area. Good luck !

0 From mestake I have format the MP3 Player´s partition after that I put some music (mp3) into a folder and simple in partition and when I turn it on wrote „no media file„. What should I do, can you help me? Thank you !
