Question About Triax Satellite TV System TSR 1000
need to retune...

I live in S E France and can only get limited British TV viewing using my Triax TSR 1000.The list on ASTRA states that other now free-to-view channels are unavailable.I can only get BBC 1,2,3 and 4,BBC News ,Sky News,CNN(sometimes).All other channels are listed with a Pay sign.Help!!
