Question About Triumph Plant Waterskis 700T
treadmill will not turn on...

I cannot get my treadmill to come on at all. I have checked all the electrical outlets, etc. and it will not do a thing. I tried to press the reset button and it has no tension on the button, so I was wondering if I needed to replace it. I am at a loss, and I can find no one that seems to know what to do.
