5 I work at lowes. I don't know of that exact model, but at least at our store... Since we sell that product, if you bring it in.... A seasonal associate will take a look at it and in most cases there is a knowledgable specialist that could tell you how to do it. If you bought it at lowes it may still have a warranty. Also check to see if you got an extended warranty, despite how long you've had it. You won't find anything online about that specific model. Sorry if this isn't any help. I thought it would be better then not replying.
