stride motor2 error...

has been showing the STRIDE MOTOR2 ERR... tried clear button and unplugging to reset. As soon as attempt to enter data (time, age, etc..) error shows... HELP????

0 Have the place where you purchase the elliptical replace the right side stride motor is bad.
