5 Unplug the refrigerator. Look from inlet line to the bottom of the water dispenser for leaks. If the line is leaking, then tighten all connections. If there are any holes in the line, replace it. Take off a panel if needed on your model. Check the drop pan at the bottom for any holes or cracks. Check that it's correctly placed. If there are any holes or cracks, you can buy a new one at a home repair store.
