THE HEAD MOTOR IS NOT MOVE...

THE HEAD MOTOR IS NOT MOVE , BUT THE MECANICAL PART IS OK. I THINK IT IS A LOGIC BOARD PROBLEM. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. PLEASE TELL ME.
