I have purchase a spotligth model # SBS2000H3 and ...

I have purchase a spotligth model # SBS2000H3 and when I plug it to get charge it makes a tickling noise, the red LED ligth starts flickering at the same time with the green, I don't know if this is normal or I have to leaveit plug until it gets charged Thank You
