Question About Viper Automobile Alarm EZSDEI487
PLEASE HELP!...

I WAS GIVEN AN ECLIPSE AS A GIFT AND IT HAS A VIPER ALARM. THE KID WHO OWNED IT OVER DOSED AND DIED AND HIS MOTHER HAS NO IDEA HOW TO WORK THE REMOTE. IT WILL LOCK IT BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO UNLOCK IT BECAUSE JUST PUSHING THE UNLOCK BUTTON DOESN'T DO IT. I CAN'T GET THE WIRES UNHOOKED FROM THE BOX. PLEASE HELP! THANKS
