I recently purchased a Visuland Prestige 8qs. It will not keep a charge. Intially I had to kkeep it hooked for over 24 hours and it only got to 84%, and than it started to decrease. The electrical socket is fine, because other devices charge just fine. What do I do??? HELP.........
