My Wayne dalton raises about 1 foot at a time afte...

My Wayne dalton raises about 1 foot at a time after pushing remote button, repeat until it all the way up, push button to go down and it works fine. I have trtryed a lot of things but nothing works, could it be fuse, or a capacitor,or maybe a new control board?
