NEEDED; Charts, Workouts, or any type of Demo's....

I recieved the "Weider TBW 5000", without any paper work on it, (Second-hand) from my friend. Please help me find any, Charts, Workouts, or Demo's, so I can use & get all the benfits it have to offer. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, CYN......................
