Question About Westinghouse Waffle Iron STC-54
Vintage Waffle Maker...

Any instructions would be helpful. Can grill as well, but no longer has grill plates, only the waffle plates. Can't figure out if red light is supposed to go out during cooking or heating.

0 I have this model, and no, the light doesn't go out during cooking. I think the "light" is just a reflection of the glowing heating coils inside the iron, and nothing more "high-tech" than that.
