Question About Whirlpool Water Heater SG1J4040T3NOV 5K
Where is the upper sensor located on SG1J5040T3NOV...

Where is the upper sensor located on SG1J5040T3NOV gas water heater? The water heater is flashing 6 times but I don't know where to locate the sensor. Was given some instructions to disconnect and reconnect the wires on the she's or and then restart the water heater but there were no other instructions. Do I need turn off the water heater power or gas? Don't really know where to begin on this.
