my oven shut off completely when I pressed pause. It will not come back on. I've used it exactly once....it's brand new so this is very disappointing.

0 Thank you for post, kathleenacsw! Based off the information you have provided your White-Westinghouse microwave stopped working after you pressed pause. It sounds like the control panel could be faulty. I know you stated that it is brand new, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer to see what kind of resolution they could provide.
