Question About White-Westinghouse Oven WLD1010
I have a White-Westinghouse 5-Tray Food Dehydrator...

I have a White-Westinghouse 5-Tray Food Dehydrator; Model No. WLD1010....I am attempting to dehydrate pears....I prepared them and placed them on the stackable trays and covered with the lid....do I open the "dial" / "vent" on top or close it? I could not find in the manual where it said anything about the "dial" / "vent"....Thank you!
