We have a Wilburn Curtis GEMTIF10A1015 coffee mark...

We have a Wilburn Curtis GEMTIF10A1015 coffee marker and it's saying that it needs to be cleaned and when we tried to do it, it won't allow it. So we turned it off at the switch in the back and hope that after it cools down it will let us go through the steps
