Question About Winegard Satellite TV System AS-2003
will not lock on 119 sat...

the unit searches for and locates the 119 sat. good signal bar and turns green. unit will not lock on sat. just keeps searching untill times out. tb

0 I have this problem with my dish. I have to capture 119 by shuting of the switch when finds 119. I was told a new satellite #77 is confusing the electronics of the dish. Since the dish is discontinued there is no fix. Only solution is to buy new system

0 I have an AS-2003 with the same problem. Searches, receives but won't lock. I was about to buy a new system after 3-4months of looking and trying to get mine repaired.No luck. Started working after replacing a 5 amp fuse. May not be related I will see how long it works.
