I have a modelWG151.5 Trimmer that worked great ...

I have a modelWG151.5 Trimmer that worked great last year but the first time I used it this year it only runs for 30 seconds or so and then loses power and stops working the battery is fully charged still and if I let it sit for about 10 min. it will work for another 30 seconds. what would be the problem and can it be fixed .
