Reset control? Unit will not start. Furnace fan ...

Reset control? Unit will not start. Furnace fan runs but no AC. Have turned circuit breakers on & off without success. Cannot find a Reset on the Unit itself.

5 You may have a bad contactor in the outdoor unit, meaning the thermostat wires in the furnace are not able to close the contactor, allowing 220 V to the system. Also, there should be an AC disconnect mounted within sight and reach of the outdoor unit. Ensure this is put in properly. Good luck!
