i have a zeki 7" quad core tablet. it was working ...

i have a zeki 7" quad core tablet. it was working fine until it did a system update....ever since then there are games that i can no longer play and some games are freezing..... i have done a factory reset and it still comes up with the updated version for the tablet and still freezes
