0 From product site. "Press menu button on the DVR When prompt for password enter 21086888. You will be logged into the DVR as the administrator. Select Configuration from the System Menu. The Password setup screen will display your current password." Didn't work for me. Also the unit usually has 1234 as administrator password and 4321 as user. That didn't work either. Tomorrow I will find a large hydraulic press and mail the flat piece of trash back to the person who sold it.
